I have hard a lot of stories that a great many foreign students dared not to negotiate with local people.

To be honest, it makes me frustrated if people, whom I talk to, cannot understand what I am talking about. I can understand that why some people have the fear to make a phone call to communicate with others.

After coming to the U.K., I understood that I need to be much more brave than before. I ignored the negative reactions from others, and just asked/did what ever I wanted/needed to asked/did.

After talking to the telephone operator and changing the content of my travel insurance, I found that i had no fears anymore!!!
