上次進健身房是什麼時後?五月底!我整整有四個月沒好好做運動!!!
I haven't gone to the gym since June; in other words, I haven't exercise for almost 4 months.

看完黃阿文的書,我決定要確實地落實健身:有氧、重量訓練雙管齊下。
According to A-Wen Huang, I decided to do both aerobics and weigh training at the same time.

進健身房:暖身十分鐘->跑步十分鐘->重量訓練六組、每組八十次、分四次輪替->快走三十分鐘。
Warming up for 10 minutes -> Running for 10 minutes -> weight training by split routine -> Jogging for 30 minutes.

昨日這般認真,也在健身房耗了兩個多小時。
In fact, I spent more than 2 hours at the gym yesterday and I did not perceive that time flied so fast.

我也很意外,闊別健身房那麼久,我怎還有體力?我只知,當我撐不下去時,我就告訴自己:我是有決心的,不會輕易放棄。黃阿文的3D3P也不斷在我腦海裡盤旋。
It was not easy for me to finish the whole routine. When I wanted to give up, I told myself: I am a determined woman and I can do this. The 3D3P rules from A-Wen Huang were repeated in my mind: discipline, dedication, determination, practice, patience and persistence.
