我每天照鏡子,告訴自己:我已經很完美,我愛我自己,但是我要更健康。
Facing the mirror every morning, I tell myself: I am perfect, I love my body shape; however, I wanna be more healthy.

離復職約莫有三個月的時間,我為自己開了一連串MUST DO的表列;其中有一項,就是將健身確確實實地落實在日常生活中。讓運動變成一種習慣!
I already wrote a 'MUST DO' list for the following three months before I go back to school.  One of them is to make doing sport as a habit!

文借我這本和健身有關的書,非常好看!!!
This book borrowed from Wen is practical!

沒有太多的專業術語,有灌輸了須多方間流傳的錯誤迷思。如:肌肉沒練會變贅肉(錯!)、多喝水會水腫(錯)、有氧和重練訓練相抵觸(錯)、、、等。
Not too many specific terms but pointing out numerous bias related to losing weight.

等瑣事忙完,就開始行動吧!套一句黃教練說得:Do or Die!別囉哩八唆瞻前顧後,要練就快練!!!
After finishing the trivial things, I am going to go to the gym.  As the Coach Huang said: Do or Die!  Don't consider too much and just do it.
